We believe communities flourish in an environment of good listening and communication, a high level of involvement, authentic spirituality and recognition of individual strengths.

Founder and director of Tri-Unity Consulting, Andrichelle “Andi” Tilmann began her fundraising career in 2002, consulting part-time for community campaigns with the Pennsylvania-based firm Holliman Associates, Inc. By 2004, she had devoted herself full-time to consulting for church capital campaigns of all sizes around the country, writing and coordinating feasibility studies, and teaching Academies of Philanthropy.

She began working exclusively with Episcopal entities when the Episcopal Church Foundation acquired Holliman Associates, in 2005. She played a major role in the development and execution of a Partnership Program with the Episcopal Diocese of New York, and developed a specialized package to affordably provide professional services to very small churches. She has also delivered well-received sermons on her theology of community and giving.

In 2007, she relocated to North Carolina and founded Tri-Unity Consulting in order to serve non-Episcopal denominations, other spiritual traditions, and not for profit organizations, internationally.

Ms. Tilmann has worked successfully with dozens of clients all over the country, with a career average exceeding 104% of client goals. She attributes this excellent record to a time-tested method, innovatively delivered with a strong sense of professionalism and her unique focus on strengthening community through the process.

Andi is currently an instructor at the Duke University Non-Profit Management Institute. She brings many years of experience in development, management, teaching, writing, event planning, and volunteer work with spiritual communities and non-profits. She has deep spiritual commitment, and a passion for building vibrant communities through her work.
